The Columbine Knolls South II
Homeowners' Association has developed an information package for realtors and prospective
new buyers. This document contains a brief description of the community
and includes our governing documents such as Protective
Covenants, Columbine Knolls South Planned Development Restrictions (ODP)
and Homeowners' Association Bylaws.
Also included in this package is a list of advantages of being a
member of the Homeowners' Association, including information regarding our
trash service program. An HOA membership application form is
also included.
The community was developed in four sections. Each section is
identified on the map below.
IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING THESE SECTIONS
Section #1
All lots are covered by protective covenants, which are specific to this
section.
All lots are covered by the Columbine Knolls South Planned Development
Restrictions (ODP).
New owners in this section are required to become members of the
Homeowners' Association.
Currently, the annual assessments are $111 (9.25 / month) or
$232 (19.33 / month), which includes both the assessments and the optional
weekly trash service program.
Sections #2 and #3
All lots are covered by protective covenants. Covenant
requirements are the same for these two sections.
All lots are covered by the Columbine Knolls South Planned Development
Restrictions (ODP).
Membership in the Homeowners' Association is voluntary for these two
sections.
Section #4
This section has no covenants.
All lots are covered by the Columbine Knolls South Planned Development
Restrictions (ODP).
Membership in the Homeowners' Association is voluntary for this section.
