Areas of Interest Descriptions

• Landscape Committee: Have a green thumb or enjoy spending time outdoors? This group meets several times a year to freshen up the entry monuments at Chatfield & Yukon Way.
  
• Social Committee: Enjoy being social or event planning? Come join the social committee, which currently coordinate three community events: Rolling Into Summer (bike parade & car show) in June, Music & Movie in the Park in August and Holiday Hayride in December. This group meets 4-6 times a year to plan CKSII events and assist with onsite logistics at events.
  
• Welcome Committee: Enjoy meeting new people and welcoming families to the area? This group meets several times a year to put together and deliver welcome packets to new neighbors.
• Board of Directors: These two-year positions are elected at annual board meetings in January. Board members are expected to attend the bi-monthly HOA meetings, are ambassadors for the community, and help manage the covenants in the community.
